The combination is suitable for large groups of up to 108 people and offers space, comfort and privacy in a green, quiet environment. Due to its design, this is an ideal location for a family weekend, business training, wedding or extended reunion (also available separately via HAE-2623 and HAE-2608).

The group accommodation has 36 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, sitting area, kitchenette, 2 single beds and a comfortable sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children). In addition, there are 2 large, attractively furnished recreation rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, oven, microwave and sufficient cooling space. For those who want to retreat for a while, a cozy reading corner has also been created, ideal for quietly reading a book or relaxing with a drink. As a result, the accommodation offers plenty of space to be together, but also to maintain privacy. This group accommodation has been built in a completely circular way, with existing building materials given a second life. Roofs, doors, walls and window frames from previous buildings have been reused to reduce the environmental impact. The finish is so neat that as a guest you hardly notice that, for example, the door to your bedroom was once part of a classroom, sustainable without compromising on comfort or appearance. Outside you will find a spacious terrace with a large playing field, where both young and older guests can enjoy themselves. There is plenty of space to relax, be outside together and enjoy the sun, with a beautiful view over the surrounding nature reserve.

There is plenty to do in the area for young and old. Visit castles, mills, gardens and museums, rent a boat to sail on the Maas or go water skiing in Weert. Shopping enthusiasts can indulge themselves at Designer Outlet Roermond, just a 15-minute drive away. In addition, the accommodation works together with an organization that organizes various activities, such as e-chopper tours, pub quizzes, escape games and Wie Is De Mol games. Support in arranging local catering is also possible. A real gem in the region is the white town of Thorn, about a 20-minute drive away, known for its white-painted houses, monumental buildings and atmospheric streets. Weert and Roermond are also quickly accessible. In Weert you will find cozy terraces, street art and nice specialty shops, while Roermond has a historic center with beautiful trading houses and the Munsterplein in addition to the outlet center.
