Uniquely located in the middle of a beautiful nature reserve in Central Limburg, you will find this new special group accommodation, consisting of 18 double rooms, each with its own bathroom. You have plenty of privacy. This accommodation is therefore very suitable for a family weekend, business training, wedding or an extensive reunion!

Bounding the hall with bedrooms is the central space. This is cosily decorated and feels like a real living room. The room can be used for dining, meetings and parties. The kitchen is equipped with many conveniences, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave and plenty of fridge space. Besides these fine spots, a cosy reading corner has been created where you can be alone for a while with a good book and a drink.

The bedrooms are spacious and fully equipped with a sitting area, kitchenette, twin beds, a sofa bed and bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

The group accommodation has been built in a circular way. This means that building materials have been reused as much as possible. To reduce the environmental impact, roofs, doors, walls and window frames of existing buildings are given a second life at this accommodation. The finishing touches mean that, as a guest, you have no idea that the door to your bedroom, for example, once opened a classroom!

Outside is a nice terrace with a playing field, where the -big and small- children can have a great time. Moreover, there is plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine, with a beautiful view over the surrounding nature reserve.

Activities and packages
There is plenty to do in the area for young and old alike. Visit one of the many castles, mills, beautiful gardens or museums. You can rent a boat and sail on the river Maas or go water-skiing in Weert. A true delight for every shopaholic is the Designer Outlet Roermond which is just a 15-minute drive away.

In addition, the group accommodation has a collaboration with an organisation that organises all kinds of activities such as an e-chopper trip, pub quiz, escapegame or Wie Is De Mol game. The accommodation can also help with finding suitable local catering.

Villages and towns
One of the pearls of Limburg is the white town of Thorn. The town, which is about a 20-minute drive away, is known for its striking white-painted houses, monumental buildings and authentic cobbled streets. Weert and Roermond can also be reached in no time. In Weert, both in the city centre and outside, you will find inspiring street art, nice specialty shops and all kinds of cosy terraces, where you can of course enjoy a piece of real Limburg flan. Roermond is not only a shopper's paradise, you can also marvel at the beauty of the old trading houses, the many monuments and the historic Munsterplein. At a short distance from the accommodation there are various shops where you can buy the daily necessities.
