This group accommodation is located in the Achterhoek bocage landscape of Winterswijk-Woold and is very suitable for families with children. The property has 6 bedrooms for a total of 17 people. You can sit comfortably in the fenced garden and small children can play safely. A large gas barbecue is at your disposal. In the immediate vicinity there are farm shops where you can buy local products. There is also a pancake restaurant and a goat farm nearby where children can bottle feed the kids themselves. The group accommodation is ideal for spending a weekend with family or friends.

A holiday home in Gelderland with a large garden

The group accommodation consists of two separate buildings. In the farmhouse (main house) are the living room, the kitchen, the spacious bathroom with shower and bath and two bedrooms. In the living room, sofas and armchairs offer plenty of seating. The south-facing high windows let in a lot of light even on dark days. In the schoppe (outbuilding) there are four bedrooms with in two of these rooms an open spacious box bed (200 cm by 160 cm and 200 cm by 180 cm), something that children love, but also large enough for adults. There are also two bathrooms and two toilets (one in a bathroom and one separately). In total, the accommodation is suitable for 17 people; If desired, three cots can be added. In the garden is the south-facing terrace with a large (movable) gas barbecue. For the children there are go-karts and a pedal scooter. There is fiber optic internet. This accommodation is not rented to groups consisting only of people under the age of 35.

Discover the varied landscape together

It is a varied landscape of forest and agricultural area with many sandy paths and centuries-old farms. From the group accommodation you can make beautiful bike rides or walks, for example on the boardwalk through the Wooldse Veen swamp area. Nearby, you can visit a cheese farm and a goat farm. If you want to shop, you can go to the center of Winterswijk, but you can also choose the German city of Bocholt (71,000 inhabitants) just across the border where there are all kinds of shops that we do not know in the Netherlands. There is a market here every Saturday. In Bocholt there is also the large subtropical swimming paradise and sauna complex Bahia.
