Hidden between the trees on a private plot of 5,500m2 in the head of the Veluwe, lies this brand new villa. This luxurious, attractive and sustainable accommodation is ideal for family weekends, holidays and business meetings.
Group accommodation in Gelderland with wellness facilities 
The oak elements, the cozy gas fireplace and the many windows give the spacious living room an intimate atmosphere. The semi-open kitchen is made of solid oak from our own plot and is equipped with Miele appliances. On the ground floor you will also find a separate playroom with game console. Around the house you will find several open and covered sitting areas and fire pits, each with its own atmosphere. The villa has 8 luxurious bedrooms with spacious box-spring beds (180x210cm) and each with its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. In addition, there are two bedrooms on the second floor, each with 4 single beds and a toilet and sink. For groups of up to 16 people, we offer eight bedrooms as standard. For these groups it is possible to rent an extra bedroom (max. 2). From the main terrace you have a view of the spacious playing field with playground equipment and trampoline. Next to the house you will find the wood-fired hot tub, Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. At the rear is the jeu-de-boules court. The flexible layout, the spacious layout and the many facilities make it a wonderful place to be together.

This group accommodation is located in an oasis of peace, but near the A28 and A50 this holiday home is a perfect base for many outings. Right next door you have various walking and cycling routes. You will also find Fruittuin Verbeek, where you can pick your own fruit, or windmill De Hoop where you can go for a nice cup of coffee! Within a 15-minute drive you can enjoy folklore in the historic fortified town of Elburg or lie on the beach of the Veluwemeer. Or you can soak up culture in the Hanseatic cities of Zwolle and Kampen. Walking in nature on the Wezeper Heide or De Dellen is also possible. Or looking for an adrenaline rush at Walibi Holland. Or..... In short, whatever you are looking for: you have it all within your reach!
