This property has many luxury amenities. On the ground floor, there is a dining area, sitting area, and an actual bar. There is a music system and a flat screen TV in this room. On the third floor, you will find a second lounge with panoramic views over the hills of Groesbeek. On this floor, there is also a relaxing area with sauna, whirlpool, infrared cabin, and shower cabin. There is also a (small) room with fitness equipment. We haven't even talked about the cinema yet. With real cinema seats, excellent image and sound quality, this is an experience especially for children. The property has 41 sleeping places spread over 15 rooms. All rooms have a shower, toilet, and sink. There are two bedrooms that can be put together as a family room and there is a VIP room with whirlpool. All rooms have box spring beds. The kitchen is equipped with all conceivable equipment and is located next to the dining area. You have a landscape garden (currently only accessible by a path concerning a conversion) with deer meadow outside, where you can walk. You also have access to a private parking space.

The exceptionally beautiful surroundings offer many recreational opportunities, such as walking and cycling, the Africa Museum, de Heilig Landstichting museum, the National Liberation Museum, amusement park Tivoli, various walking and cycling routes, and nature reserves such as 'de Gelderse Poort' and 'de Duivelsberg'. The owners are happy to advise you on putting together an active program.
