The group accommodation has at least 60 low beds, spread over 20 rooms (2 to 4 persons + a luxury bridal suite with a massage bath). Most rooms are equipped with a TV and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Our group accommodation is also easily accessible for holidays of less mobile guests. The group accommodation has a large living room. The wellness area and cinema are at your disposal free of charge. The following facilities are available: a multifunctional sports field, number of bedrooms depends on the size of the group, a cinema (can also be used as a presentation room, with beamer), a wellness area (saunas, infrared cabin and solarium), a heated outdoor swimming pool with a 50 meter long water slide (open from May 1 to Sept. 1).

The group accommodation has a heated outdoor swimming pool with a 50 meter long slide (open from May 1 - Sept. 1). There is also a playground and trampolines on site. Within walking distance you will find the center of Groesbeek, the woods, tennis courts and miniature golf. The homeowners can also advise you in putting together your program, such as professional care of outdoor activities.

"Het is een mooie accommodatie, maar wel gedateerd en met enkele mankementen"
Het is grote accommodatie, een goed geoutilleerde keuken en afwaskeuken.
Helaas was de schoonmaak minder in orde. Links en rechts nog confetti aan het plafond, onder de bedden en naast de nachtkastjes. Het puntje in de afwaskeuken zat vol met vuil, waardoor het membraam op staat en er direct rioollucht de ruimte vulde. dat was zeer hinderlijk. jammer genoeg kon dit niet meteen opgelost worden. Vieze muffe geur in de bioscoop, zodat deze niet bruikbaar was.

Dit is de derde keer dat ik terug ben geweest.
Super leuk nooit problemen gehad tot deze keer.
Glijbaan was niet onderhouden waardoor de kinderen schade aan hun lichaam hebben overgehouden.

De ligging, de ruimte, de keuken met de mogelijkheden. Kortom, dik tevreden mede door het prachtige weer
en de mogelijkheden buiten.
Critiek: De te harde muziek s,avonds bij de naaste buren .

Alles was gewoon goed, zoals de ligging en de villa zelf ook. Mooie omgeving ook om te wandelen. Verder hadden de kleintjes ook veel te doen. Hele familie heeft er genoten van het weekje.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
für eine große Gruppe ist sehr viel Platz und auch das jedes Zimmer eine Dusche hat ist sehr angenehm. Wir haben aber leider einiges zu reklamieren.
Bei der Ankunft wurde unsere Reservierung nicht gefunden und hat uns in Angst und Schrecken versetzt. Zudem ließ die Sauberkeit des Hauses sehr zu wünschen übrig. Beide Herde waren nicht sauber genauso 1 Kühlschrank. Das Kino ist nicht benutzbar da die Sitze mit undefinierbaren Flecken verschmutzt sind, einige der Stühle sind total zerrissen. Im Wohnzimmer rannte eine Maus rum und was wirklich sehr störend war ist die Hauptverkehsstraße was unserer Meinung nicht klar in der Beschreibung zu erkennen war. Leider haben wir für so viel Geld sehr viel mehr erwartet. Ein Entgegenkommen Ihrerseits für eine nächste Buchung bei Ihnen wäre nett.
