Hikers can enjoy a walk through the Pinepolder, a bird reserve area around the village, where you can spot the "small three" in spring: the godwit, the lapwing, and the redshank. There is also plenty to discover in the village itself. Think of the historic houses on the canals, small white bridges, and a cozy harbor.
