Group accommodation Nes-Akkrum (NES-1349)

The accommodation, for 30 people, is popular with families, colleagues and quiet groups of friends. Thanks to its location on open water, in the middle of De Alde Feanen National Park, it is an ideal place for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts. The private jetty has a beautiful view over the Frisian Lakes.

The accommodation is located on a small-scale holiday park and is built on a site of a former haystack and therefore has a special atmosphere. Downstairs you will find a cozy room, a fully equipped chick, sanitary facilities and 3 bedrooms. On the upper floor are 8 more bedrooms and a toilet. All bedrooms have their own sink. The other sanitary facilities are shared (4 showers and 7 toilets). In total there are 11 bedrooms. Various group activities are offered at the location, such as; sailing, cycling, sloop sailing, super and canoeing. It is also possible to arrange catering or bed linen. The accommodation is equipped with a good music system. The use of your own music systems is therefore not allowed in our accommodation and on our grounds. Under no circumstances may music be heard outside the building.

De Veenhoop is located in the middle of the vast lake and reed landscape of De Alde Feanen, one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Friesland. Sail a sloop, canoe or sailboat directly from the park into nature, or discover the quiet walking and cycling routes around the area. You can spot special bird species along the way and enjoy the silence on the water.
