On one side of the house is the cozy living room with nautical décor, comfortable leather sofas, a Smart TV with Ziggo signal, nautical books and a renovated bathroom with double walk-in shower, sink, separate toilet and a double box bed. In the center of the house is the spacious, modern kitchen with a view over the garden and harbor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner gas stove, two dishwashers, double refrigerator, freezer, coffee makers (Nespresso, Senseo and filter) and extensive kitchen inventory. The other side of the house offers a dining room with patio doors to the terrace, a double bedroom with private access to the terrace, another cozy box bed and a bathroom with Finnish oven sauna, infrared heater, sink and walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet. On the first floor are two triple bedrooms, two family bedrooms with double and single beds, and an additional bathroom. The spacious garden has a five-person outdoor spa, large terrace with furniture for sixteen people, sunbeds, a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor fireplace and a ten-metre-long mooring/fishing pier. In the private harbor is the luxurious Escape 750 sloop for twelve people, easy to operate without a license. The sloop is equipped with a 15 hp outboard engine, bow thruster, cooler, spray hood and life jackets. Upon arrival, you will receive a short sailing instruction.
