This detached holiday villa for 10 people is located directly on the water and offers plenty of opportunities to relax and be active together. With its own jetty, hot tub, Finnish sauna and a large garden, there is plenty to do for young and old. Thanks to the connection to the Veluwemeer, the accommodation is also a wonderful place for lovers of boating, swimming and supping.

Inside you will find a spacious and attractively furnished living room with a comfortable sitting area, flat screen TV and a large dining table for 10 people. The modern open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine. Everything is there for extensive cooking together and long dining.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the master bedroom there is also a sofa bed of 150 x 200 cm. A high chair is available for families with young children. The bedrooms on the upper floor have air conditioning and underfloor heating is available in the house.

Outside, the real holiday feeling begins. The spacious garden borders directly on the water and has several nice places to relax together. Relax in the hot tub or Finnish sauna, enjoy the sun on the terrace or light the barbecue for a pleasant evening. Children can have fun on the trampoline and swing.

From the private jetty you can step onto the water. There is a swimming ladder and you can moor a boat at the house. There are also 2 SUP boards ready to discover the water from the accommodation. Thanks to its location on the water and the sun during different times of the day, it is wonderful to stay outside from early in the morning until the evening.

The holiday villa is located on a small-scale resort in a green and water-rich environment with a direct connection to the Veluwemeer. As a result, there are plenty of opportunities for swimming, boating and supping. On the resort itself you will find a 9-hole golf course, driving range, tennis court, Adventure Golf, Forest Golf, a playground and a brasserie. Visit the historic city center of Harderwijk with its cozy streets, terraces, restaurants and harbor. Nature lovers can walk and cycle through the Harderbos or the vast polders and wetlands around the Veluwemeer. This way you can easily combine a relaxing stay by the water with nature, sports and fun trips.
