Inside you step into a spacious living room where you come together for cozy evenings. There is a separate sitting room with lounge sofa and a fully equipped kitchen that makes cooking easy for the whole group. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished, some with their own sanitary facilities, and there is even a cozy double box bed and a sleeping loft for the children. Thanks to underfloor heating, a fireplace and wheelchair accessibility, the house is pleasant and practical in every season. Outside, a sunny terrace with large garden, playing field and trampoline invites you to hours of fun. For that little bit of extra luxury, you can reserve the wood-fired hot tub. Dogs and even horses are also welcome and there is free parking for 5 cars.

From the yard you can walk straight into the forest and discover the vast heathland, sand drifts and idyllic fens of the Drents-Friese would. The area is bursting with possibilities: from hiking and cycling to mountain biking and horseback riding. For a day out, there are plenty of choices: the climbing park and barefoot path in Appelscha, the famous dolmens at Diever or the Colony Museum in Frederiksoord, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Emmen Zoo and cities such as Meppel and Steenwijk are also within easy reach. There is also plenty of entertainment for children in play parks, swimming pools and natural beaches.
