On arrival, all beds are already made and bath and kitchen linen are ready for you, so that the holiday can start immediately. An ideal location for a family weekend, holiday with several families or a stay with a large group of friends.

Group accommodation in Exloërmond with private pool and cinema 🏡

This luxury group accommodation consists of two completely separate holiday homes that are rented out together. Both accommodations have their own garden and offer plenty of space and privacy for large groups.

Together, the accommodation can accommodate 65 people and has 17 spacious family bedrooms, several of which are on the ground floor. Almost all bedrooms have their own bathroom and for families with young children there are several baby and cots available. Thanks to the generous layout of both the bedrooms and the communal living areas, everyone enjoys a lot of comfort and privacy. The accommodation is fully equipped for a carefree stay. The spacious kitchen is equipped with six dishwashers and the bathrooms are equipped with Rituals care products. Practical amenities such as dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and gas for the barbecue are also included. The beds are made on arrival, so that the holiday can start immediately. Outside you will find a fully fenced garden with a private heated swimming pool, which is fenced separately for added security. The swimming pool is open* (depending on the weather); usually somewhere between the beginning/mid-May to the end of September between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. The pool is heated to a minimum of 21 degrees. * As soon as the outside temperature is around freezing, the pool is closed at any time of the year. In addition, the accommodation has a whirlpool and a private cinema for cozy movie nights with the whole group. The indoor sauna can be booked optionally through the homeowner.

The group accommodation is located on the edge of the Hondsrug and overlooks the surrounding meadows. From the accommodation you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips through nature and along the dolmens. Wildlands Adventure Zoo in Emmen, the museum railway in Stadskanaal and Kabouterland in Exloo are also a short distance away. The area offers plenty of opportunities for a varied stay for young and old.
