The group house has a large living room downstairs with open kitchen, a spacious table where everyone can sit for a game or a delicious home-cooked meal. There is a sitting area with TV and there is a large game cabinet. In the hall there is a toilet and via the stairs you come to two bedrooms, one for 4 people and one for 6 people. In addition, there are three sanitary rooms upstairs. From the living room you go outside through the garden doors, where there is a large garden table and you have a beautiful view over the landscape. In addition, you will stay in two more cottages each for four people (they are best suited for two adults and two children). The cottages have a nice sitting room with old beams and open kitchen, and a new bathroom. Upstairs are the bedrooms. Outside there is plenty of space for the children to play, there is a trampoline, slide, football goal and outdoor toys. You can also take a nice walk on the footpath through the meadow. There is also an indoor area with authentic Drenthe elements, where you can sit down or play a game of table tennis. This room is shared with other guests. In the yard there are a total of three houses and one large house. The owners also live on the same property. Our location is perfect for families, groups of friends and families who want to relax and enjoy beautiful views, tranquillity, child-friendly facilities and the rural surroundings.

The accommodation is located in the Brink village of Havelte. Havelte is known for its history and many monumental farms, making it a great destination for a relaxing stay. A short distance from the group accommodation are two dolmens, which offer a glimpse into the history of the region. Take a walk or a bike ride along these special sights. Nearby is also the village of Frederiksoord, known for the Colonies of Benevolence. These colonies are on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
