This renovated smoke-free group accommodation is for 18- 21 people and is located on the outskirts of a Drents brink village in a wooded area. The group accommodation offers a lot of comfort and privacy. For example, all bedrooms have their own shower and toilet. Beautiful rural views from the accommodation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with professional equipment (see kitchen facilities) The lounge is located in the bay window (glass all around). From the bay window you can go to the terrace. Four bedrooms are on the first floor. All have a private bathroom. Upstairs are two more spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. If your group consists of more than 18 people or if you just want more comfort and privacy, you can rent an extra room with luxury bathroom (bath) on the first floor. In the village of Exloo you can rent various types of bicycles to explore the area. Catering possible through local entrepreneurs.
