The accommodation has a spacious lounge with access to the large garden, ideal for games and relaxation. In total there are 7 bedrooms, spread over the ground floor (3) and first floor (4). The rooms are equipped with 7 bunk beds and 3 double beds, allowing families with children and groups of friends to spend the night comfortably. The two showers and four toilets are located on the ground floor, and the kitchen is fully equipped for a carefree stay. Outside you will find a large garden with plenty of space for sports, games and a table tennis table. The beach is only 1500 meters away, and the supermarket is literally around the corner. Please note: due to its location in a residential area and the strict control of noise pollution, student and risk groups are not welcome, so that families and quiet groups can enjoy their stay to the fullest.
