Please note that party groups are not welcome here: the property is located in built-up areas and there are strict noise controls.

Inside you will find a spacious lounge with self-service bar and a separate TV room for relaxing moments. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the amenities to cook for large groups, but catering is also an option. The group accommodation has 10 bedrooms with their own sanitary facilities, while the other rooms use shared sanitary facilities in the hallway. There are 6 bedrooms on the ground floor, including a room with an adapted toilet and shower for guests with disabilities. There is a mix of single beds and bunk beds, so there is always a suitable layout for your group.

Next to the farm is a bungalow with two additional double rooms, which can increase the total number of beds to 45 people. Outside is an enclosed garden with playground equipment and table tennis table, ideal for children. There is also a large lawn where sports and games are fully possible. The beach is only 1500 meters away – the perfect place for a day of outdoor fun.
