This villa consists of 2 apartments, both apartments are arranged in the same way. One apartment is on the ground floor and one apartment is on the first floor. There is a nice spacious veranda that offers enough space for everyone. Both apartments are arranged as follows: living room with sitting area, TV, fireplace, and a dining area; kitchen with, among other things, a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, espresso machine, and filter coffee maker; 2 bedrooms each with a double bed; 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, shower, and toilet; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds; bathroom with shower and toilet; a washing machine is available. The villa has air conditioning and the windows are equipped with screens.
Plenty to do around the villa and in the surroundings
The villa is quietly located on a hill, near Città della Pieve and Lake Trasimeno. The villa is surrounded by 80 hectares of land with many olive trees, vines, and forests - wonderful for walking through. The border with Tuscany is nearby, allowing you to discover the beauty of both regions. From this holiday villa, you have views over the hills of Città della Pieve (Umbria) on one side and Cetona (Tuscany) on the other side. In the spacious garden of the villa, there are many types of trees and around the pool, sunbeds are ready, and you can also relax in the hammock. For the guests, there is a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen available with a patio equipped with a refrigerator and dishwasher, how handy is that? Bicycles are also available for rent. Additionally, there is a play area with playground equipment for the little ones.
