Villa Peccioli, owned by an old Florentine family, breathes history and elegance. The villa covers 400 m², spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with a crystal table and an attractive living room with fireplace, comfortable seating and satellite TV. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed (convertible into two single beds on request) and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

A stone and cast iron staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a suite with four-poster bed, a double bedroom and two bedrooms with double beds. An extra single bed can be added in three rooms. On this floor there are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower and bath.

The stone-paved garden offers terraces with panoramic views, two pergolas with dining areas and a private swimming pool (12x4 m) with hot tub area and salt water, open from May 1st to October 30th. For added entertainment, there's a barbecue, table tennis, kids' playground and a pétanque court. The landscape is characterized by vineyards and rolling hills that merge into the town of Volterra.
