The accommodation is a special fully restored farmhouse from 1700 and is located on a hill in San Jacopo, in the heart of Valdera Tuscany. It is a unique place and the accommodation is surrounded by a two-hectare park of olive groves with a beautiful lawn and also offers a spectacular view over the surrounding hills.

The accommodation is suitable for 21 people and consists of a main section with three adjacent apartments that are connected, plus two other apartments with separate entrances. They all have a living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The group accommodation also features WIFI, coffee machines, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. In total, there are 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Outside, you can enjoy the comfortable sunbeds and the lovely pool. Take a seat in the garden and admire the beautiful and relaxing view, there is plenty of garden furniture available, relax and enjoy a drink or make use of the BBQ. Want to relax even more? There is also a whirlpool! For the little ones, there is a playground with a swing and a slide, and the adults can play a game of table tennis.

Palaia itself is a charming Italian town, characterized by beautiful medieval buildings under the Italian sun. From the accommodation, there are many interesting places to visit in the area; Pisa (approx. 50 km), Florence (approx. 65 km), and Siena (approx. 85 km) are some of the most beautiful Tuscan cities with many attractions. A day trip to the port of Livorno (approx. 55 km) is also highly recommended and ideal for beach lovers. You can also book fun activities through the owner of the accommodation, such as Tuscan cooking classes, horse riding, Vespa tours, visits to historical castles, or perhaps visiting local farms. Everything is possible!
