The villa has 2 floors, both with their own entrance on the outside. Inside, however, these are connected by stairs. In total, the villa offers 6 bedrooms. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area, a dining area with a long table with chairs and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are also 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. One of these 3 bedrooms has another private sitting area. The first floor is reached via a wide staircase. On the first floor there are also 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed, one with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. There is also a 2nd living room on the first floor with sitting area and sat TV. From this living room you reach the garden directly with an external staircase. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Relaxing together by the pool 💦

Outside the house is a pergola with dining table and chairs, where you can eat and drink together in the shade. A stone (wood-fired) barbecue is ready to prepare tasty grill dishes. The infinity pool is slightly lower and is reached by a path. The pool is fully fenced, so also safe for small children. In low and mid season, the swimming pool can be opened for a fee. And if you want to keep fit during your holiday, you will find a cottage by the pool with fitness equipment, including a treadmill. You can also relax outside on the lounge sofas and light a fire in the fire bowl for a real holiday feeling. The villa is set on a 45-acre estate. A large part of the land is used for growing hazelnuts. The villa is elevated on a hill and offers a wonderful view of the green hills and a village in the distance. The house is reached via a private gravel road of approx. 700m. Parking is available in the shade, private at the accommodation.
