This villa suitable for 14 people consists of a main villa and an annex with a total area of 700 m². The interior is stylish and contemporary, with Tuscan influences and modern amenities. The ground floor of the main villa includes a spacious entrance, a fully equipped kitchen and an attractive living room with sofa bed, as well as a service bathroom. On the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a small fridge. In the basement is a second kitchen, along with a living room with a billiard table and a traditional Tuscan seating area. Here, guests can enjoy a tasting of local wines and specialties on request. There is also an extra toilet.

The annex has a kitchen and a cozy living room on the ground floor. On the first floor there is an additional double bedroom with en suite bathroom and wardrobe. In this annex is also the private wellness centre, which is available for a fee. Here you will find a sauna, Turkish bath, mini whirlpool, relaxation room, shower and massage room.

The outdoor area is an oasis of peace, with a beautifully landscaped garden full of flowers and plants. The infinity pool (12 by 4 meters) is located between the main villa and the annex and is open from May 15 to September 15. Around the pool is a solarium with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a playground with a football and volleyball pitch, covered parking and a barbecue area with a wood-burning oven. Guests can make use of the vegetable garden, where they can pick fresh seasonal vegetables for free. For added comfort, the villa features free indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi, as well as a HiFi system for playing music on summer evenings.
