This stylish and spacious villa is perfect for families and groups of friends. Distributed over two floors, the villa offers both privacy and cozy communal areas.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a comfortable seating area, a fireplace and a satellite TV. In addition, there is an additional sitting area with a second fireplace and a HIFI music box. The kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances. Also on this floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite.

On the second floor, there is an additional living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as 3 spacious double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One of these bathrooms has a bath instead of a shower. For added convenience, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
