The villa has two floors, connected by an external staircase. The ground floor offers a spacious living room with fireplace, satellite TV and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with garden exit, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 separate bathroom.

On the first floor there is a living room with open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom (double on request) and 2 bathrooms with shower.

The villa combines Tuscan charm with modern conveniences such as air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. The property is fenced and has an electric gate and covered parking.

Outside, a pergola with dining table provides the perfect place for alfresco meals. There is a fenced private swimming pool (10 by 5 meters, open from April 30th to September 30th) with sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.
