This spacious villa of 450 m² consists of 2 apartments, ideal for large families who want to stay together, but also want some privacy. In total there are 6 bedrooms, 3 of which are on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.

The main entrance to the villa is on the ground floor, where you will immediately find an attractive living room with a sofa, chairs and a TV with direct access to the garden. This room is directly connected to the dining area. Villa Arezzo has several fireplaces and a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

Outside is a garden for exclusive use where you can relax by the pool. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. The solarium and panoramic terrace is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas that make the stay extra comfortable. For the more sporty, hiking trails through the vineyards and outdoor fitness areas are available within the estate. The villa is also equipped with an electric gate and a private parking space for added convenience and security.

The villa is the ideal base to discover Tuscany. Just 7 km away is Arezzo, an attractive city with historic squares, churches and cozy restaurants. Furthermore, the picturesque villages of Cortona (35 km), Montepulciano (57 km) and Pienza (62 km) are within easy reach. Siena (85 km) is an absolute must for a day trip.

The villa is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by Tuscan hills and extensive vineyards. On the same estate there is a winery, with wine cellar and tasting room. Here you can enjoy local wines and experience the authentic flavors of Tuscany.
