The villa consists of two floors, each with an independent apartment, which are connected by an internal staircase. These two apartments can accommodate 12 people. There is also a third apartment in the annex where a total of 4 people can stay. This makes the holiday home ideal for large groups who want to enjoy together, but also appreciate privacy. In total there are 7 bedrooms, 4 of which have double beds and 3 with two single beds and an additional room with a double sofa bed. With 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of comfort for everyone.

The bright and spacious interior spaces exude a rustic atmosphere. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and electric oven. In addition, there is a cozy fireplace for atmospheric evenings. Outside, the large, fenced garden offers space for relaxation and play, while you can enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains from the sun loungers by the pool. The barbecue completes the summer evenings.

Also visit the historic San Severino 20 minutes away, where you will find large squares, cozy restaurants and shops. In addition, the unspoilt nature of Le Marche is ideal for walks through beautiful landscapes. Also visit the Monte Sibilini National Park.
