The holiday home offers multiple spots to relax. There is also an outdoor cooking area with a grill and a wood-fired oven where you can prepare your favorite pizza. Naturally, there is air conditioning and Wi-Fi, but there is also a home cinema system and, as an extra bonus, a fitness room in the small building next to the pool, equipped with various machines including a treadmill and an exercise bike, and there is also an extra toilet. You can cool off under the outdoor shower. There are 4 parking spaces at the holiday home.

The villa is in a fantastic location, wonderfully quiet in a green hilly landscape with surrounding vineyards and beautiful views. The village of Monte San Giusto is about a 6-minute drive away. Monte San Giusto is located in the province of Macerata, about a 20-minute drive from the Adriatic coast. Here you will find beautiful beaches, both sandy and pebbled. In addition to the provincial capital Macerata (23 km), other interesting places to visit include Ancona, Sirolo, Numana, Pesaro, Cupramontana, and Fermo. If you enjoy walking and cycling, you can take beautiful trips on the many cycling and walking paths available. Shopping enthusiasts can visit the Tod's outlet in Sant Elpidio al Mare. And there are also other outlets in the area such as Santoni, Nero Giardini, Fabi and Armani.
