The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bath and the others a shower. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a cozy sitting area, large windows that create an open atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and even a wine fridge.

On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom which is directly accessible from the living room and dining room, while the remaining 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. Outside you will find a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pergola provides shade and features a small outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, ideal for cozy summer dinners.
