The two floors of the villa are exclusively for guests. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with all necessities included, an open plan kitchen with fireplace and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, ice maker and refrigerator. Panoramic terrace with views over the plains and hills of our region and breathtaking sunsets. On the second floor, in addition to a third bedroom with a smaller bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine, there is also a living room with record player, television, a yoga room and a fitness room. Outside there is the spa, with the whirlpool, sauna and steam room. There is also an outdoor lounge with comfortable sofas and a barbecue area.

The holiday home is located on a hill in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli (wine region), surrounded by peace and nature. The location features a private forest for peaceful walks, a small farm with donkeys, sheep and chickens, and a vegetable garden. A short distance away is Bosco Romagno, a natural park for walks, with playgrounds and picnic areas. Within 10 km is Cividale del Friuli, a medieval UNESCO city full of history. Monfalcone is 30 km away on the coast, where boat trips are possible. Trieste (60 km) offers a lively city atmosphere with museums and cafes and Udine (20 km) has shops, restaurants and nightlife. The owner organizes all kinds of activities such as wine tasting, horseback riding, quad tours, yoga classes and cooking workshops in the house for a fee.
