On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with a dining area. The cosy seating area has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with luxury appliances such as a gas hob, combination microwave oven and dishwasher. There is also a small bathroom downstairs with a shower and sink, a separate toilet and a storage room. Right next to the house is the furnished terrace where you can sit outside. The first floor consists of 3 double bedrooms. All bedrooms have two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a flat-screen TV. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The villas are built on a slope and are therefore not or less suitable for people with mobility problems. Most of the flats and facilities are accessible by lift and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.

As a guest, you have free daily access to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. In fine weather, you can also cool down at the lake. If you want to go on the sporty tour, think about outdoor activities such as mountain biking, pedalos on the lake, fishing, beach volleyball and more. Or rent a bike at the park and head out.
