Castle manor from 1742, capacity of approx. 28 people and approx. 6 children, camping possibility: 18 places and ample parking space on private land with rear exit, central location in the village (street side) with park and island, bordered by river at the rear, idyllic place with plenty of privacy. Very suitable for families, reunions, workshops, and small company outings. 

A holiday home in France;

Upon entering, a spacious hall gives you access to a large television room of 25 m2, and an equally large library and information center. Through the library, you enter the large room of more than 70 m2 with an enormous fireplace. This room is suitable for dinner. You have access to two (small) kitchens. There is a large main kitchen equipped with all amenities, which you can rent as an extra option. In the large room, there is a scullery with extra refrigerator. All the bedrooms are upstairs. Behind the house, there is a courtyard of about 1700 m2. It is possible to barbecue in the courtyard, as there is a large barbecue available. From the courtyard, you can cross the bridge and enter a park with an island. You can also camp in the park with a group, all facilities are available. Apart from the main building, a self-catered apartment for five people has been created above the old coach house. For your entertainment, there are swings and canoes. During warmer days, you will be able to inflate a small bath for the little ones.
 
The location of the estate is on the border of Picardy and Pas de Calais, on the street side/near the center of the lively village of Auxi le Château. You can find the river, and the park and island (not visible from the street!) at the rear (approx. 2.35 hectares in total). It is a rural and rolling area with many possibilities for excursions and sporting activities.
