This beautiful 17th century mansion is located between Villeréal and Monflanquin. This holiday home is located in the countryside, in the heart of our own farmland (grain production). The entire site is reserved for our tenants. There is also a small lounge with various board games or consult the tourist documents that are waiting for you. The kitchen with dining room is equipped with everything needed for cooking. The shaded courtyard is about 200 m². There is plenty of lighting, a large garden table with chairs so you can dine with family or friends until the late hours, play cards or other board games. There is a stone barbecue at your disposal. There is plenty of space to park cars and there is a garage that you can use. There are 8 bicycles for adults and 2 children's bicycles. There are also outdoor games such as petanque and football goals. A shaded park of 2500 m² is entrusted to you. A playground for children or a place of relaxation with a view of the bastide of Monflanquin. The pool is 11 x 5 meters, it has a flat bottom and is equipped with an electric cover. The pool house is equipped with a separate toilet, sun beds, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.Discover the typical French villagesThe group accommodation is located in the heart of "des Bastides en Haut Agenais", on the border of the Périgord and next to the village of Monflanquin. The village has a beautiful central square, and the Black Prince's House and the Fortress Museum are well worth a visit. Here you will find a restaurant, bakery and supermarket and every Thursday morning there is a market on Place de Arcades. Nearby are the characteristic villages of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Pujols, Villeréal and Monpazier. You can visit castles, caves with prehistoric paintings or the vineyards of Montbazillac and Cahors.
