This accommodation offers all the space and comfort for a relaxing group stay in the French Ardennes. The characterful house from 1874 is located on a fenced property of 1,250 m² and can accommodate up to 15 people.

Inside you will find five spacious bedrooms with private bathroom and a bedroom with bunk beds and cot, a cozy living room with wood stove and TV, a large dining room with round table for communal meals or meetings, and an attractive games and TV room with pool table, shuffleboard and board games. In the attic you can watch a movie via the beamer or play a game of table tennis. 3 more beds have been placed here. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a large stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and various coffee machines, ideal for cooking and dining together. Outside you can enjoy a lovely terrace with lounge area, barbecue and campfire area, overlooking the green, wooded surroundings.

This charming holiday destination is located in Vireux-Molhain, a lively village on the banks of the Meuse. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything that makes French life so wonderful: bakeries with fresh croissants and baguettes, cozy chip shops, pizzerias, kebab shops and an authentic French restaurant. There is also a café, a small supermarket and just 1.5 km away a large Intermarché with a gas station and fast charging station for electric cars.

Vireux-Molhain is brimming with local charm and hosts a spectacular fireworks show over the Meuse River every July, along with the neighbouring village of Vireux-Wallerand. Its central location also makes it an ideal base for excursions: Dinant is half an hour's drive away, Charleville-Mézières, Namur and Charleroi an hour, Luxembourg 2 hours. In addition, you can be in Disneyland Paris in about 2.5 hours and in 3 hours at a parking garage within walking distance of the metro to the center of Paris.
