Holiday villa Prigonrieux (MAI-2349-G)

This holiday home is a former wine warehouse and is located in the middle of Bergerac's vast vineyards. The two buildings together can accommodate 12 people, the big house sleeps 8 and the outbuilding sleeps 4. If you only rent the big house, the 4-person house is not rented and vice versa. The accommodation has a fenced private pool and breathtaking views over the Dordogne valley.

The group accommodation consists of an open kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a separate toilet. Cot and high chair on request. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and a 4-burner gas cooker. The dining room has a dining table and chairs and from here you have a beautiful view over the valley. The living room has a sitting area, fireplace, TV, sofa and a bed for two. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe, the bathroom has a shower, sink and there is a washing machine you can use. On the ground floor of the 4-bed house there is a summer kitchen. Located 5 metres from the main house, on the edge of the pool are the two bedrooms of the annex. There is a large terrace at the side of the house with two picnic tables and parasols. A step leads to the 10 x 5-metre pool. The pool is fully fenced, lockable and equipped with an alarm system. Garden furniture, BBQ, sun beds, table tennis table and parasols are available.

This beautiful city is located on the banks of the Dordogne and here Cyrano de Bergerac, the Old Port and the Notre-Dame church are worth a visit.
