Outside is a large, surrounding garden of approximately 3,000 m² with several terraces, including two covered terraces of approximately 40 m² together. In the garden there is a summer kitchen with fridge and sink, as well as garden furniture, sun loungers with cushions, parasols and a barbecue.

The fenced private swimming pool measures 6 x 12 metres, has Roman steps and is secured with an alarm system. The combination of sun and shade areas makes it possible to stay outside comfortably all day long.

The property is located about 30 kilometres from Bergerac, a town known for its wines and historic centre. From the holiday home, many attractions in the Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne are easily accessible. In the area are atmospheric places such as Sarlat, Issigeac, Villereal and Monflanquin. Castles such as Monbazillac, Lanquais, Beynac and Castelnaud are also easy to visit. In addition, there are well-known caves and prehistoric sites such as Les Eyzies, Rouffignac, Domme and La Roque-Gageac. The monastery of Cadouin, the gardens of Vellum and the vineyards around Monbazillac and Bergerac complete the offer. Shops are about 2 km away and a supermarket is about 1 km away.
