Situated in a quiet location at approximately 1150m altitude in the beautiful Leutasch Valley between the Wetterstein Mountains (the Zugspitze) and the Karwendel Mountains, you can relax in one of our lovely apartments. The house is located in the heart of the Seefeld region (municipality of Leutasch, village of Ostbach), not far from Innsbruck. An oasis of tranquility in a stunning natural environment where you can hike and bike to your heart's content or cross-country ski and downhill ski.

The house consists of 11 apartments ranging from 38-70m2 and 2 rooms with bathrooms, spread over 3 floors. Each apartment has its own terrace or balcony.

In the basement, you can relax in our wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabins, and shower. There is also a table tennis table and a children's playroom. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a ski room with a shoe dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Outside, you can enjoy the fantastic view in the large garden with children's play equipment, seating areas, barbecue, and Tyrolean garden house. There is a private parking lot for 14 cars.

Very suitable as group accommodation. For your family reunion or with several families, you can rent an entire floor or the entire house. In the basement, there is a large kitchen/dining room (available for an additional fee) for 15 people.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee.
