The house consists of 11 comfortable apartments from 38 to 70 m² and 2 rooms with private bathroom, spread over 3 floors. Each apartment has its own terrace or balcony, so you can always enjoy the view of the mountain landscape. Thanks to its layout, this holiday home is very suitable for several families or larger groups who want to stay together while maintaining privacy.

In the basement there is an extensive wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabins and shower, ideal for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. There is also a table tennis table and a children's playroom. For winter sports guests there is a ski room with boot dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Outside you can enjoy the fantastic view in the large garden with seating areas, barbecue, Tyrolean Garden House and play equipment for children. There is a private parking space for 14 cars.

This holiday home is particularly suitable as a group stay. For a family reunion or a holiday with several families, you can rent an entire floor or even the entire house.
