The accommodation has no less than 60 low beds, divided over 20 rooms (2 to 4-person rooms + a luxurious bridal suite with massage bath). Most rooms have a TV and bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Our accommodation is also very well accessible for the disabled. The accommodation features a large living room. The wellness room and cinema can be used for free. The following facilities can be found here: a multifunctional sports field, the number of bedrooms depends on the size of the group, a cinema (can also be used as presentation room, video projector available), a wellness room (saunas, infrared cabin and sunbeds), a heated outdoor swimming pool with a 50 metres long slide (open from May 1st to September 1st)

The accommodation features a heated outdoor swimming pool with a 50 metres long slide (open from May 1st to September 1st). On the property you'll also find a playground and trampolines. Within walking distance you'll find the centre of Groesbeek, forests, an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and mini golf. The owners can also provide advise regarding your plans, for example by organising professional outdoor activities.

Dit is de derde keer dat ik terug ben geweest.
Super leuk nooit problemen gehad tot deze keer.
Glijbaan was niet onderhouden waardoor de kinderen schade aan hun lichaam hebben overgehouden.

De ligging, de ruimte, de keuken met de mogelijkheden. Kortom, dik tevreden mede door het prachtige weer
en de mogelijkheden buiten.

Alles was gewoon goed, zoals de ligging en de villa zelf ook. Mooie omgeving ook om te wandelen. Verder hadden de kleintjes ook veel te doen. Hele familie heeft er genoten van het weekje.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
für eine große Gruppe ist sehr viel Platz und auch das jedes Zimmer eine Dusche hat ist sehr angenehm. Wir haben aber leider einiges zu reklamieren.
Bei der Ankunft wurde unsere Reservierung nicht gefunden und hat uns in Angst und Schrecken versetzt. Zudem ließ die Sauberkeit des Hauses sehr zu wünschen übrig. Beide Herde waren nicht sauber genauso 1 Kühlschrank. Das Kino ist nicht benutzbar da die Sitze mit undefinierbaren Flecken verschmutzt sind, einige der Stühle sind total zerrissen. Im Wohnzimmer rannte eine Maus rum und was wirklich sehr störend war ist die Hauptverkehsstraße was unserer Meinung nicht klar in der Beschreibung zu erkennen war. Leider haben wir für so viel Geld sehr viel mehr erwartet. Ein Entgegenkommen Ihrerseits für eine nächste Buchung bei Ihnen wäre nett.

Erg netjes en schoon. Ruime kamers en goede bedden. Keuken zeer uitgebreid en voorzien van alle gemakken. Relax en entertainmentruimte waren top! We hebben met de familie een zeer tevreden verblijf en samenzijn gevierd. Het weekend met 30 overnachters en enkele gasten op de zaterdag. Echt voor herhaling vatbaar!
