This spacious group accommodation of 360 m² combines luxury, comfort and rural charm. Inside you will find two attractive living rooms, a cozy sitting area with fireplace and two fully equipped kitchens, one of which is specially equipped for joint dinners with the whole group. Six spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms ensure optimal convenience and comfort. You can also enjoy the outdoors! The large garden is equipped with luxury garden furniture, playground equipment, a trampoline and a barbecue. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, which is only open from 1 May to 1 October. Outside this period, the swimming pool is closed and cannot be used.
For extra relaxation, there is a sauna, which must be reserved on arrival. The costs for this are € 10 per hour and will be deducted by the owner from the deposit. Sports enthusiasts can also make use of the grass tennis court in the summer months of July and August.

From the accommodation you can easily cycle or walk to the wide sandy beaches of Cadzand-Bad and Nieuwvliet, perfect for a fresh sea breeze or a long walk on the beach. In the area you will also find special nature reserves such as the Zwin and the Zwinpolder, where you can spot plenty of birds and experience the unique interplay between land and sea. For those who like to soak up culture or enjoy shopping, historic places such as Sluis, Retranchement and Hulst are easily accessible.
