The holiday villa consists of a main house with 2 floors and a self-contained living unit. In total there are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. The spacious living and dining room has a fireplace and television, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. In the annex there is an additional bedroom with 4 single beds, ideal for children or young people within the group.

Outside is a large fenced plot with a private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters, a beautifully landscaped garden with lawn and sunbeds and 2 terraces, 1 of which is covered. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue and the outdoor shower complete the stay. There are 4 enclosed parking spaces on site and a roof terrace with mountain views. The villa is suitable for families with children and pets are allowed.

The center of Jávea is a short distance away, with cozy restaurants, the boulevard Paseo Marítimo and the harbor. Cultural attractions such as the historic site of Jávea, the Virgen de Loreto church and the old windmills are within easy reach. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy tennis, hiking, cycling, water sports and golf at Jávea Golf Club. Trips to Denia, with its castle and port, are also possible.
