Downstairs there is a comfortable living kitchen. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, 5-burner hob, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, oven and microwave. The spacious living room with lots of light and stunning views over the countryside is equipped with TV, underfloor heating and a gas stove. The kitchen door opens onto a terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with its own shower and washbasin. The second bedroom is a spacious room with lots of light and sleeps 4 people. The third bedroom is a small room for 2 people with a washbasin and a folding bed in addition to a single bed. All sleeping areas have box-spring beds. Besides the room with shower, the house has a spacious bathroom with bath, washbasin, shower and toilet. There are no curtains, carpets or heating with blowing fans. All (furniture) dust in the house is anti-bacterial.

This house has been completely renovated, preserving old elements such as the old beams, the fireplace with old Dutch tiles. Oostkapelle is one of the larger centres of the municipality of Veere and owes its name to a chapel that must have stood here in former times. Oostkapelle borders two beautiful nature reserves between Domburg and Vrouwenpolder: the Manteling (740 ha), a wide strip of land with dunes and woods, and the dune area Oranjezon (400 ha. There are also the country estates and the impressive Kasteel Westhove. The former orangerie, Terra Maris, a museum of nature and landscape, is just 750 metres from the beach and has a 2.5 ha landscape garden. There is a museum café and a museum shop.

Oostkapelle is a family seaside resort par excellence. Clean beaches, play equipment and full-width beach walkways. From May to September, the lifeguard is present with a first aid post. There is also a bakery, a supermarket, a butcher, beach pavilions and restaurants.
