How do Groepen.nl check if reviews are really from guests?

Fortunately, fake reviews are not possible. This is because we work with a closed loop system. This means that people can’t just leave a review on the website, but only guests who have actually stayed can do so. Guests receive a review form upon departure and only these results are processed in the system with the reviews and can be transferred to the website.

How long does it take for a review to appear?

To prevent abuse, all reviews are first read by us. As a result, it can take up to a few days before you see your review on our website.

All reviews are listed from newest to oldest .

How is the average score calculated?

The average score is calculated on the basis of all reviews shown on the website.

Are all reviews shown on the website or are reviews also omitted?

If the guest abuses the review system, the review will not be published by Groepen.nl. In this way, only reviews are shown truthfully and there is an honest picture of the accommodation.

Do guests get paid to leave a review?

We do not post reviews on our website that are written in exchange for a refund, discount, free stay or any other reward.
