This group accommodation is intended for family groups, other groups are here on request. With the approval of the landlord, other groups are welcome.
Consumption of electricity and heating will be settled according to own consumption
Water consumption at €7/m3 - will be deducted from the deposit if no damage
Use of sauna and hot tub is for a fee (€75 per weekend), to be arranged through the house owner.
Costs for garbage are €10 per weekend or midweek or €20 per week
The accommodation is equipped with pillows, duvets and extra blankets.
Bring your own bed linen or rent
It is not allowed to organize student, bachelor or drink parties in this accommodation.
It is not allowed to set off fireworks or produce many decibels in any other way at this accommodation, this can cause a lot of unrest among the cattle in the adjacent meadows.
If it is not left tidy, there will be an additional €50 on top of cleaning costs
